Hello February! Decorate your letters, postcards, and more in February with these unique papersisters Artistamps. You can use the stamps individually or several at once for a special effect. Artistamps (a word made up by combining “artist” and “stamps”) look like postage stamps with the typical perforations and wet adhesive backing.
