Right of rescission

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, have or has taken the goods in possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (papersisters, Wiebke Stüven, Maike Klumpp GbR, Hauptstraße 13, 21379 Scharnebeck, Germany, info@papersisters.de, telephone: + 49 4136 9116977) by means of a unique statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or E-Mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is, however, not required.

To meet the withdrawal timeline it is sufficient that you submit the notice of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we've got to return all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from this that you have chosen a different type of delivery than offered by us, best standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the communication is received of your withdrawal from this agreement with us. We use the same means of payment you have used in the original transaction for this repayment, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in any case you will not be charged fees because of this repayment. We may refuse refund until we have received back the goods again or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier date. You have to return or hand over the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us the revocation of this agreement. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

General information

(1) Please avoid damage and contamination of goods. Return goods in original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us please if possible. If necessary, use a protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage during transportation.

(2) Please if possible do not return the goods freight forward to us.

(3) Please keep in mind that the above digits 1-2 are not essential for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
